Hi. I'm Cody Welu, Ph.D.

I am an Assistant Professor of Computer and Cyber Sciences at Dakota State University. I hold a Ph.D. in Cyber Operations from DSU, and teach various classes from Defensive Network Security and Intrusion Detection to Windows Administration and more. I am the director of the DEFEND lab, one of DSU's Madison Cyber Labs, researching defensive security, threat hunting, and cyber security education.
